Passionate independant chef
Myself and my business partner are young, first time owners, hoping to find a good balance between chaos, fun and success
We will be opening a bar/restaurant in North London within the next 10 weeks. The previous owner has let the restaurant side run down a great deal. Hence, we are looking for a chef who is inspired and fiery and willing to take on this kitchen as his own and make it the success it has the potential to be. The open plan kitchen in the centre of the (+/- 10 table) restaurant section lends itself to making it a true 'theatre of food'.
I am looking for a passionate, independant employee who is willing to try different things and new approaches. Someone who will go out of his way to find better and new ingredients - a trip to the market, a change of supplier.
