Demi Chef de Partie required - upto GBP16k per annum
My client is currently looking for a demi chef de partie to join their current brigade
The Hotel has over 200 bedrooms as well as banqueting function rooms, a bar, restaurant and leisure/health club accomodating for private and corporate clients
Some of your duties will include:
Prepairing and cooking food to meet the standards set by the head chef and the hotel itself.
Cooking for the A la Carte menu, gourmet buffet, banqueting and bar outlets making improvements where required
The ideal candidate will have 2 years experience in a similar environment, possess a food hygiene certificate, have a flexible approach to work and be willing and keen to learn.
