As Financial Controller based in Park Royal offices the role would involve the following duties:
* Budgeting and forecasting
* Analysing and delivering of KPI's
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with team members
* Production of monthly management accounts
* Presentation of monthly results to board
* Audit compliance
* Production of Annual budget
* Production and review of quarterly forecasts
* Forecasting and managing company cash flow and treasury requirements
* Controlling all capital expenditure and maintaining fixed asset register
* Ensuring Tax and VAT compliance
* Managing purchase ledger and sales ledger function
* Managing monthly payroll and ensuring timely and accurate completion.
* Negotiating all outstanding debts with project contractors
* Overseeing Human resources function
The ideal candidate will be a Financial Controller with excellent technical accounting and IT skills, including good knowledge of Excel. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to manage are essential.
The successful candidate will need to be able to develop and motivate a team as well as being commercially aware and customer focused, capable of building and maintaining rapport at all levels. The position is results orientated with ability to work under pressure to strict internal deadlines.
