Group accountant for property company
A global property company based in West London is looking for a Group Accountant to start ASAP. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be responsible for Group financial reporting, tax and treasury.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be restricted to, implementing and maintaining effective internal controls and efficient financial processes that protect the business' assets and drive profitability; Optimising returns on the Group's cash through pro-active treasury management; Ensuring only approved payments are made in a timely manner whilst keeping the right balance between Groups' cash requirements and creditor demands; providing support to the Development Director to deliver projects on Budget; providing insightful analysis on variances and tracking financial commitments.
You will be fully qualified with 3-4 years PQE, industry knowledge is not essential but could be an added bonus.
