Trainee managers
Palatial Leisure Limted are Bingo,Casino,Bowling,Cinema and online gaming operators and are recruiting Trainee Managers based at their London branch at The Elephant and Castle.
The successful applicants will be firstly employed because of their personality, cheerfullnes, honestly and most importantly being a people person. We are leisure operators and as such, people are our business and most important happy people, the applicants will be hard working and ambitious people with great enthusiasm. You will need to be able to speak very clearly and distinctly as you will have to speak on a microphone. Being a trainee manager requires you to raidly learn all the general assistant jobs within the Bingo Club and Bowling Centre which are cashier, bar, catering book sales etc and this will happen over a 3 to 6 month period before promotion to Assitant Manager.
A brief way of looking at a management job with us is if you are a truly hard working pleasant person who has tried jobs where you find you were limited in what you were allowed to do, got no satisfaction and where you went the extra mile and did not get rewarded or appreciated or just intrigued then this will be for you. In this company the only people who succeed are people who dont mind going out of their way to help someone without a fuss.
Starting Salary for first 3 months is GBP16,000 pa but quickly rises depending on ability, progress and productivity.
