Chefs de partie and commis chefs required for modern italian

Well established modern Italian restaurant in Victoria/Pimlico SW1, recently refurbished to exceptionally high standards is looking to recruit 2 new chefs de partie and 2 new commis chefs to work within a new and growing brigade.
You will work closely with the Sous and Head chefs (ex Antonio Carluccio/Neal Street) and receive extensive training.
You will have a minimum of 2 years' kitchen experience and time spent in Italian restaurants will be a distinct advantage.
You will be cooking for the restaurant and private rooms and have the chance to work at outside catering functions.
You will either be a commis chef looking to move to the next level or a CDP already looking for a change.
