Senior chef de partie junior sous
We are looking for two dedicated professional chefs who have been cooking for a minimum of four years.
You must be proficient in all sections of the kitchen, be hard working, a team player, creative and easy to get along with.
The position will run from the start of June until the end of September, you must have a driving licence as use of a car and accommodation will form part of the package.
A European passport is essential.
The restaurant serves modern European cuisine to a very high standard and has a deserved reputation in Sardinia as being one of the best restaurants in the Costa smeralda.The restaurant is rustic and relaxed a fantastic and unique place to work.
The restaurant is open for dinner only so you will be free during the day to explore the beautiful beaches on the coast.
Flights to the island will be paid and accommodation provided.
The job would suit talented and hardworking chefs who enjoy hard work, sandy beaches and who want a break from the fast and stressful London kitchens. You will form part of a brigade of four who rotate around all sections of the kitchen.
