JP Gray is expanding rapidly throughout 2008 and we are actively looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to start immediately.
The Role:
* Business Development & Sales
* Client relations, negotiation, sales
* Sourcing and qualifying candidates
* Interviewing, screening and matching candidates
* Ability to meet targets in a highly pressurised environment
* Maintaining existing client relationships
* Provide flexible recruitment solutions for Clients
* Define & develop market specialisation and planning of growth in this recruitment area
The Person:
It is essential that any applicant be creative and have an entrepreneurial approach to sales, have the ability to remain focused and motivated and the desire and drive to succeed.
You will have the ability to communicate at all levels, have an excellent telephone manner and experience of working within a sales environment. This is a demanding, varied and challenging role but an excellent opportunity to move into recruitment.

Money/Incentives:
1st year OTE cGBP40K potential to more than double it in your 2nd year.
