We have been operating for 5 years and have an aggressive growth plan over the next 18 months. You would become a specialist in a particular field and be responsible for the entire recruitment cycle with candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Full Recruitment Lifecycle
* Sales calls
* Gaining new business
* Maintaining existing client relationships
* Provide flexible recruitment solutions for Clients
* Define & develop market specialisation and planning of growth in this recruitment area
The Person:
It is essential that any applicant be creative and have an entrepreneurial approach to sales, have the ability to remain focused and motivated and the desire and drive to succeed.
You will have the ability to communicate at all levels, have an excellent telephone manner and experience of working within a sales environment. This is a demanding, varied and challenging role but an excellent opportunity to move into recruitment.
