We are looking for a permanent handyman with ALL the following:
*Multi-skilled (carpentry, decorating, basic plumbing (eg. change taps), tiling, basic electrics, etc)
*Driving licence – you MUST be at least 25yrs old for insurance reasons
*Trustworthy with good quality work
*Speaks English and ideally Polish also (this will help communicate with other builders we often use)
*Typical working hours: Mon-Fri: 9.30am to 6pm & Sat 9.30am to 3.30pm.
*Live in West London.
*Available to start immediately or very soon.

Payment: GBP1300 per month.
You will be working on various properties in West London which we manage. Typical jobs include basic repairs, fitting laminate floors, redecorating rooms, tiling, plastering, connecting washing machines, fixing leaking taps/drains, general gardening, repairing roofs, installing new light fittings and house clearances.
