ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER
A rapidly expanding dynamic property development & management company are seeking an experienced Property Manager to work alongside another Property Manager handling the Property Portfolio.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a successful vibrant company.
A rewarding permanent position is available for the right candidate pending a successful three month probationary period.
We require:
* Proven experience
* Ability to multitask
* Mature outlook
* Flexible
* Able to communicate verbally/written (Must speak English to a reasonable standard)
* Punctual
* Good work ethic
* Must have full clean UK driving license
* UK Graduate a plus
Responsibilities will include:
* Answering telephones and dealing with the public (tenant's, utility companies, Estate Agents, Local Councils, builders, architects)
* Dealing with maintenance team
* Handling repair queries and overseeing maintenance issues
* Assigning maintenance jobs
* Preparation of Agent List
* Advertising properties
* Letting properties
* Typing letters, efficiently and accurately. Faxing, filing and photocopying
* Database management, filing system management
* Dealing with queries on the phone and data entry
* Hard working Team Player
* Reporting to the director on a weekly basis
* Property Inspections
