Our client, an IT Software Company based in the City, have a permanent requirement for a Team Administrator.
Main duties and responsibilities:
* Act as a support to the BUDs (Business Unit Directors which includes arranging client and consultant meetings, proof reading presentations, taking minutes in meetings, organising calendars
* Second point of contact for general queries by consultants
* Advise the BUDs and consultants regarding claimable expenses
* Chase consultants for Changepoint time submissions
* Recording all movements and requirements in CP
* Create start-up checklists
* Liaise with HR regarding issues with consultants
* Advise HR of consultants requiring EOA (End of Assignments)
* Aid Line managers and BU managers with resourcing queries etc
Skills and Experience Required:
* Competent with standard MS office packages Excel, Word and Outlook
* Ideally a minimum of 6 months experience in an administrative role
* Can communicate across a range of people from junior consultant to CEO
* Well articulated written and verbal communication
* Able to prioritise and organise workload
* Can work fairly autonomously and take responsibility for own work output
* Provides a quality service, maintains high professional standards
* Able to work effectively as part of the Professional Services Team.
* Develops effective and supportive relationships with colleagues
* Is open to change and innovation. Has ideas for process improvement
