Epsilon Telecommunications has an excellent opportunity for an Administrator working in the Network Operations Centre based in the Epsilon Head Office, City of London.
The Administrator will work in the Epsilon 24x7 NOC supporting the engineering staff by executing a range of administrative tasks.
This role suits a strong multi tasking individual with excellent organizational skills, able to work under pressure in a fast paced dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prioritizing provisioning tasks
2. Coordinating and scheduling the engineering resources
3. Managing the shift Rota
4. Field Access requests
5. Coordinate customer testing
6. Planned Network Activity Notification
7. General Operations administration (raising PO's, Tracking & Receiving shipments, etc)
8. Checking Circuit Layout Records and Customer documentation
9. Interfacing Operations to Order Processing
10. Logistics (spares control and handling)
The Individual
-Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
-Multilingual skills beneficial to suit the Global Nature of the customer
-Excellent organizational skills
-Multitasking and an ability to remain calm under pressure
-Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
-Good Microsoft office skills
