Part-time Evening shift:
SHIFT S (4-day Shift)

* EVENING Shift, working variable times between 6pm and 11:30pm on all four days
* 18 hours per week
* 4 days per week, working ANY combination of days (4 weekdays, or 2 weekdays plus both weekend days, or 3 weekdays plus one weekend day)
* 4.5 hour shifts each day (0.5 hr break unpaid)
* Based on existing part-timers you can earn as much as GBP930 per month (basic + commission) with top operators earning even more!
Part-time Day shift:
SHIFT Y1 (3-day Shift) – includes working ONE weekend day

* DAYTIME Shift, working variable times between 10am and 6pm on all three days
* 19.5 hours per week
* 3 days per week, working one weekend day AND 2 weekdays
* 7 hour shifts each day (0.5 hr break unpaid)
* Based on our existing part-timers you can earn as much as GBP990 per month (basic + commission)
Don't Forget that for all our Inbound Sales roles:
* We're dealing with 100% inbound calls from people that have seen our adverts i.e. you always have hot leads!
* We deal with ALL networks – O2, Orange, T-Mobile, Three AND Vodafone providing the most choice to our customers ahead of ANY other retailer in the Industry!
* Our state-of-the art call centre is in Kentish Town, North West London
* Our agents are enjoying daily, weekly and monthly competitions and incentives with prizes up for grabs including cash, electronic gadgets, experience gifts and holidays.
Previous call centre experience is highly sought after: We value the techniques and skills that you have developed in similar roles, like:
* Demonstrating use of phonetics
* Excellent telephone manner
* The ability to read out loud and present new scripts (from computer or paper) perfectly first time
* A natural desire to comfortably and cheerfully cross-sell related secondary products
* High accuracy and high-speed data entry
* A track record of hitting sales targets
(Please note that telephone skills, reading and grammar and of course your punctuality will be assessed at interview level.)
Our next date is scheduled to be Monday 14th April 2008 with mandatory full-time training for everyone being carried out Monday to Friday that week.
