Project secretary for top 50 best company 29k


Our client are a global design, engineering and architecture firm with over 100 offices worldwide and they are looking for a Project Secretary to work in one of their London offices based in the West End.
As Project secretary you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of projects together with team secretarial support such as diary management, organising meetings and office management duties.
The key requirement for this role is that you are confident and can work independently with ability to take responsibility for your work.
You will need to be self directed/ proactive and able to use common sense and initiative in making decisions and taking action.
In terms of attitude, you must be positive, willing to learn and interested in learning about the organisation to be as effective as you can be in the role.
You will need to have excellent communication skills as you will be frequently dealing with a range of people face to face and over the phone - often overseas.
To be considered for this role, you must have strong administrating/secretarial experience in a busy role and have experience of working with people at all levels.
