* Role Title: Assistant architect for education projects
Company info;
* Office Disciplines are commercial, urban/masterplanning, office, education & cultural, residential and leisure & retail.
* CAD System: AutoCAD
* Medium scale based in London and nationwide
* One partner created a larger respected practiced before setting up this practice over last decade
* Very design orientated commercial practice. Winning a lot of large scale projects.
* They like Commercial experience, good companies on a CV and a balanced employment history.
Role:
* You will be joining 2 projects that are education related
* You will be joining an existing team to take one scheme to planning and one to construction stage
* Final design development and planning application drawings
* You will need a design desire as you can get involved in various schemes after this initial aim
* Use UK Building regulations to ensure accurate elements of the latter stages
* Using AutoCAD to produce the full drawing packages
* Competent detailing of parts would be an added bonus
Immediate contract role for with good scope to continue for a long period
