Required Experience
Join us as a Unit Manager and you'll not only be operating a units of highly successful brands, but will also be part of a bigger SSP management team operating other successful brands, within the same site.
With your experience in high volume retail catering, you'll know success in this industry is all about customer service and here it is no different. You will spend the majority of your time giving the very best customer service and inspiring others to do the same. As an inspirational manager already, you'll be able to demonstrate experience of successfully motivating and leading your team to deliver financial, service and operational results, whilst having the ability to think on your feet and make decisions in one of the most fast paced environments around.
You'll need to demonstrate previous experience of managing large teams of people in a similar environment and know how to manage the financial side of the business as you'll have your own P&L; to manage for each unit.
