The Job:
This is a role which will require the use of your many different skills, for many different sectors of your job; you will mainly be chasing leads to try and find prospective applicants their dream home! This is a great opportunity to work within one of Clapham's fastest growing independent agents.
About You:
The right candidate does not need industry experience but must possess extremely good people skills and be a driven and hardworking individual. You will need the motivation and ability to take up new challenges every day in this fast moving property market.
You will ideally be located in or near Clapham or be willing to travel to and from Clapham on a daily basis. No experience in the industry preferred and is not necessary - Full Training given, however you must tick the following boxes;
*Hold a full Driving Licence - UK, EU or International
*Be able to communicate fluently with others
*Be good at using your initiative
*Have a lot of common sense
*Poses good organisation skills
*Have a polite telephone manor
*Have a sense of humour
*Posses good money handling skills
*Be proactive
*Be able to Time Manage
The Roles Offers;
*A basic salary of GBP11,000, plus realistic minimum monthly commissions of GBP850.00 +, plus an attractive bonus & incentive system
*A company car
*OTE of GBP25k - GBP40k+ per annum
