We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with:
- Amazing communication skills that are fluent in English, and hold an exceptionally professional telephone manner.
The role involves:
* Working in a fun supportive team environment with Charities like Oxfam, British Red Cross and WWF UK. You will be contacting past and prospective donors in search of their continued support.

Shifts occur at the following times:
Shift 1 - Tuesday – Friday 17.30 – 9.00 & Saturday 10.00 – 17.00
Shift 8 – Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 17.30 – 21.00 & Saturday 10.00 – 17.00
Shift 9 – Monday, Tuesday, Friday 17.30 – 21.00 & Saturday 10.00 – 17.00
Shift 10 – Monday, Tuesday 17.30 – 21.00 & Saturday 10.00 –17.00
Shift 16 - Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri 17:30 - 21:00 & Sat 10:00 – 17:30
Shift 17 - Monday, Thursday, Friday 13:30 - 21:00

You need to be available for AT LEAST 3 MONTHS.
