Dental nurses required overseas dentists
Dental nursing familiarization course for overseas dentists.
This is a 2 day course, running from 9.30am -5.30pm.
The objective of the course is to prepare you for
entering the workplace as a dental nurse in the UK.
We will train you in the duties & skills of a dental
nurse through a variety of teaching methods ranging
from lectures to practical sessions. At the end of
the course you will receive a certificate of attendance.
The topics that we will be exploring include;
* The duties of a dental nurse,
* Health & Safety,
* Cross infection control, charting,
* Communication skills,
* Mixing materials
* Radiography.
Upon successful completion of this course and after only
one month in a UK dental practice on a clinical attachment
you will be able to work for Temp Dent as a dental nurse.
From July 2008 you will need to be registered with the GDC
as a dental nurse. We can also provide you with full info
