My client is currently in need of a cost manager to work within their aviation group based at Gatwick, delivering commercial, contractual and strategic advise.You will be providing pre and post contract Quantity Surveying and cost management services, undertaking your own projects and providing support to other members of the team. You will also assist in preparation of financial reports and final accounts and be expected to attend progress meetings and value engineering workshops.
Skills
· A recognised qualification in M&E; Quantity Surveying is essential
· Must be competent in client relation management and have a forward thinking approach to the management of projects
· You will need to be a team builder who can develop and maintain good relationships and gain the confidence of other professionals both within the company and outside.
· Experience in a similar role would be beneficial
