Unix systems administrator
My client is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Unix Systems Administrator to support a large Unix Server infrastructure across multiple sites.
The servers are largely based on Solaris 8 & 9, but Solaris 10 will be introduced in time.
The candidate will be required to contribute to the development of procedure manuals including relevant technical documentation, ensure the security and stability of the Unix server infrastructure by efficient patch management and virus protection, Support and develop core infrastructure applications including the Unix email platform, DNS and Backups.
Training will be given to develop the chosen candidate.
