Club general manager

Want to join a growing and private leisure organisation?
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially focused Manager to drive an existing club forward in the Clapham area. This club has over 2000 members and requires a very organised and structured operator who will be passionate about service delivery and operational standards. The club has a fantasic atmosphere and impressive gym area, with extensive free weights and no pool to worry about!
Ideally you will have a background that involves extensive man-management and financial accountability. You must be a passionate hands on manager with a proven track record in delivery of business objectives and really understand the sales process.
You should be comfortable working in what is undoubtedly a high-pressured environment, in light of this a background working in a highly competitive industry would be preferred. You will need a natural ability to motivate and direct a team and your customer service and operational standards should be impeccable.
