Medical customer service advisor


We are looking for full and part time medical customer service advisors.
Job role includes:
* Provision of understanding, sympathetic and general first class customer services for inbound patient telephone calls.
* General information to be provided to patients relating to a wide range of private surgical and non surgical treatments.
* Unique selling points of our clients to be promoted to patients during these calls.
The role necessitates completion of administrative duties, relating to both the recording and communication of patient data for which candidates require:
* Excellent communication skills: clear, concise and presentable telephone manner essential.
* Medical education, medical knowledge and / or medical sector work experience is essential.
* Broad but basic knowledge of Orthopaedic and Cosmetic surgery procedures ideal, enough to be able to briefly explain what common treatments are to a totally unknowledgeable patient.
* Effective and organised administration skills required.
* Familiarity with basic Microsoft Office package required (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook).

GBP20,000.00 - GBP25,000.00 GBP OTE Per Year
