An opportunity has arisen to work in a good school in the North London area. The school are looking to appoint a qualified History Teacher. The successful candidate will find this position very rewarding and be an important part of the team.
The position is due to start in April and last for two terms with a view to go permanent for the right candidate in September 2008.
The school has particular strengths in the media and performing arts and is seeking to be a specialist college for those areas. The school is actively and successfully involved in developments to raise standards through 'Excellence in the Cities' programme and other initiatives to better support student learning, including that of the gifted and talented as well as to further improve behaviour and attendance.
