Your Profile
To be a successful candidate on the Graduate Accountancy training scheme you will be a graduate, or in your final year of study/waiting to graduate with a 2.1 or above in an accountancy or a related discipline, looking to start your career in the accounting industry. An ideal candidate for this Graduate Accountancy training scheme will have related work experience and will be
motivated for a career in accountancy, and to complete the CIMA qualification. To be considered for this Graduate Accountancy Training Scheme you will need to be confident, a strong team player as well as being able to display strong leadership abilities (with proven experience preferred).
The Role
As a successful candidate on this Graduate Accountancy Scheme you will start, along with all the other Graduate Schemes in this company, in the drive team - seeing first hand how the company works and what is the driving force behind it. You will have intensive training in the first few weeks, which will be ongoing throughout the next 3 years. You will start your career within the
finance team of this busy, multi-national company - and will be sponsored to do your CIMA qualification. Support and training throughout the scheme will stand you in excellent stead for a long term career within this company, with the ideal candidate working towards senior management positions within the company.
