Architectural Technician - contract or permanent
Our client are seeking the expertise of an Architectural Technician to join their award winning design team.
They work on various medium sized residential, retail, mixed use and leisure projects across the UK and abroad.
Your duties will be to assist the Senior / Project Architect on a range of high profile multi-million pound schemes across the UK and abroad by managing the working drawing package. You will also be required to deal with queries from the client and contractor so the ability to communicate well with people at all levels is essential.
You must be educated to a HNC / Degree level or equivalent and have previous experience working with in an Architectural Practice. You will have strong knowledge of construction and UK building regulations as well as being confident with detailed design. You must be creative and technically skilled with the ability to communicate clearly with both clients and colleagues. You must have a proficient knowledge in AutoCAD but full training will be given if you have knowledge of other CAD packages.
