Compliance Person
My Client an independent London based Trading firm specialising in on line trading of CFD's, Futures/Options and FX are looking to hire a compliance officer.
The right candidate will have experience in a compliance role, ideally 1 to 2 years minimum.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for daily compliance procedures
* Verification of KYC forms
* Familiar with FSA reporting procedures, regulations and policies
* Monitoring of trading activities to ensure full compliance
* Maintain fully auditable records of compliance
* Client account opening
* Liaise with other desks to identify issues and provide a first class service to clients
The ideal candidate will:
* Have previous experience of FSA compliance and be comfortable with all aspects of procedures and policies
* Have passed FSA rules and regulations
* Be able to take on various tasks as required
* Knowledge of the products being traded (fx, CFD's, futures and options)
* I.T literate
This position will hold a directorship title.
