Located in the firms impressive new Auckland offices you will be involved in major construction and engineering litigation and providing general dispute advice, whether by way of negotiation, litigation, arbitration or alternative dispute resolution. Construction areas covered by our client include major commercial and residential developments in the central business district and regional areas, leaky buildings, development and infrastructure and transportation infrastructure including roads, bridges, tunnels and ports. You must have first class academics, excellent client facing skills and previous experience in construction litigation.
