The Role
As part of an ongoing business growth programme, Online50 is recruiting a team of part-time, self employed Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) tasked with finding new partners and working with existing partners to expand the end user client base. Activities of the RSMs will be supported by targeted marketing activities including press coverage, mailings, participation in a wide range of accountancy events and telemarketing activities to gain appointments with decision makers. RSMs should be able to develop relationships with decision makers, understand their priorities and drivers and inspire them to achieve their goals through effective use of the Online50 services. This is best achieved by the development of a mutually rewarding business partnership. Ongoing training will be provided and a comprehensive partner manual has been created to provide the guidelines to best practice.
The Candidate
We seek credible and experienced professionals with sales skills and all round business experience, looking for serious and rewarding part-time work, involving regional, but not national travel. Possible candidates may have an accounting background and aptitude for sales and developing relationships with the profession. Personal qualities sought include an ability to grasp the business implications of IT systems, good communications ability and a self-starting, determined attitude.
