Call Centre Appointment Setters
Growing mortgage brokerage are setting up a small appointment generation team within their offices. They are seeking two full-time appointment setters (working 1pm - 8:30pm) and one part-timer (5pm - 8:30pm).
You will be proactive, IT literate and used to overcoming sales objections. This is a great opportunity to work in a friendly, "can do" culture.
The appointment setter will make face to face appointments for the sales team. They will:
* Call back leads for homeowners looking to save money and convert prospect into appointment
* Set call backs in diary for future contact
* Qualify each appointment made against set criteria
* Manage rejections of all leads back to suppliers for credits
