Your Profile
As a Graduate Trainee Financial Controller you will be educated to at least degree level in accounting with a 2:1 or above. A pre-requisite to this Graduate Trainee Financial Controller role is that you are internationally mobile with a keen interest in working in other countries/cultures. European Languages are a preference but not essential. To be successful in your role as Graduate Trainee Financial Controller / Accountancy you will have strong communication and leadership skills, and want to progress your career to management. For this Graduate Trainee Financial Controller role, related work experience would be preferred but not essential.
The Role
The first few years you will take part in a structured, multi-national graduate scheme that will prepare you for your future role as a Financial Controller within the accounting and finance team. The company will support you to become qualified in your field by offering sponsorship for the ACCA or CIMA qualifications.
