Social Services Lawyer
Social Services Lawyer is urgently required to undertake a mix of work for our South London Borough client. The role will involve community care obligations and mental health, as well as care proceedings (care cases will form a substantial part of the caseload). The chosen candidate will be required to undertake his/her own advocacy, unless a matter is particularly complicated or lengthy, in which case Counsel will be instructed. As well as this, attendance at Child Protection Conferences and Legal Planning meetings will be required of the candidate.
