Dental sales representative ref 759.008

MUST LIVE IN THE KENT AREA
Main Goal:
The representation of the Company and its products to dental health professionals within a defined sales territory.
Responsibilities-
* Grading of all known practices according to predetermined criteria.
* Planning of activities to effect coverage of territory in most effective and economical way as required by current objectives.
* Gaining access to Key Influencers (dentists and hygienists) to effect usage, recommendation and sales of products
* Detailing product features and benefits, and specific offers, to Key Influencers in order to gain commitment to use, recommend and stock
* Developing relationship with all members of the dental team to create bond of mutual trust, and practice loyalty to product range over our competitors.
* Encouraging practice staff to recommend / sell Product
* Siting appropriate literature and posters to create patient awareness of Product range
* Merchandising existing and new stock and siting point of sale material to enhance display in practices which purchase our products.
* Maintaining accurate territory records, recording and reporting all calls / activities and statistical analyses as and when required.
* Organizing attendance at relevant dental exhibitions / meetings and attending / manning exhibition stand.
* Requisitioning monthly literature and samples within agreed budgetary limits.
* Advising management of significant market or competitor activity.
* Keeping up to date on dental, product and market knowledge relating to the performance of your duties.
* Continually seek new opportunities to develop your customer base.
* Providing professional input into marketing programmes / other company activities as required from time to time.
Abilties /Atributes:
*Excellent personal presentation skills
*Ability to perform large group presentations
*very friendly and approachable personality
*Computer literate ( powerpoint,Access,Excel)
