Project Support Executive Excellent Opportunity


Household name employer require Project Support Executives to join a busy and demanding assignments.
Role Purpose
The role of the Project Support Specialist is primarily an administrative role supplemented by a variety of ad-hoc assignments in support of the programme management office and project leaders. To provide general support and undertake a variety of ad-hoc tasks, some urgent and others background tasks, to assist the project.
Overview
* Raise Project Purchase Orders.
* Log, track and file all project issues.
* Assist in production of highlight, checkpoint reports, weekly status reports and
monthly dashboards.
* Carry out close monitoring of projects and ensure communication takes place between teams.
* Arrange meetings on behalf of the programme management team.
* Responsible for logistics of workshops, meetings and events.
* Maintain the programme distribution, contact and non-availability lists.
* Track all project assets such as phones and laptops.
Skills
* An appreciation or knowledge of project lifecycles
* Microsoft Project, PowerPoint and Visio skills highly desirable.
* Client awareness and Client facing skills are essential.
* Solid analytical skills.
* Good business acumen.
* Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills essential.
* Ability to learn new skills quickly.
* Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
* Planning and organisational skills essential.
