Architectural Sales

Our client works in the bespoke Architectural Industry dealing day to day with Architects, Designers and high profile clients.
They are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a minimum of 2-5 years sales experience in the construction / building industry to fill their sales position.
As the sales department works very closely with Architects at an early stage of the project, it is essential that the individual is competent in reading and understanding plans and able to think outside the box, these are key factors for the type of person that would best suit this position.
It is essential that candidates show the following skills:
1) At least 2 years Sales Experience in construction / building Industry is required
2) Ability to read and understand Architectural plans is a must
3) Excellent written and spoken English Skills
4) Competent computer skills; good knowledge of word, excel,
outlook and database programs
5) Excellent Numerate Skills
6) Smart appearance
7) Excellent communicator
8) Enthusiastic
9) Team player
10) Ability to manage own work load
11) Ambitious and not driven purely by financial reward
