Experienced Personal Assistants, Administrators And Secretar


Due to a recent increase in the number of Personal Assistant and Administrator positions registered with us, Hays Office Support is currently looking to register new candidates.
Full-time Administrator based in Hammersmith:
Due to the busy nature of this position we are looking for an experienced Administrator to work on an on-going temporary basis in Hammersmith. The successful candidate will have an excellent phone manner, experience with filing, emailing, photocopying and other general office admin duties, as well as being able to type at a minimum speed of 40 words per minute.
Part-time Administrator with sales experience based in Hammersmith:
This position is an admin/sales role working Monday and Thursday nights between 6.30pm until 9.00pm. As the nature of the role is quite demanding, the successful candidate will be required to have experience with telesales and basic administration. It is absolutely crucial that applicants have a professional and clear phone manner, be punctual and reliable.
Full-time Personal Assistant based in Knightsbridge:
We are currently seeking a personal assistant to work on a temporary basis in the Knightsbridge area. As this role is very demanding it is crucial that applicants have experience with diary management and travel arrangement, as well as other PA duties. Past experience with administration duties and a legal background will also be highly regarded. A clear and professional phone manner is also required for this role.
Full-time Administrator based in Hammersmith:
We are currently looking for an administrator to work in a short-term temporary role based in Hammersmith. The successful candidate will be hardworking, attentive to detail, experience with filing, emailing, photocopying and other general office admin duties, as well as being able to type at a minimum speed of 40 words per minute. Copywriting experience and any candidates from a junior marketing background will be highly regarded.
Full-time Medical Secretary based in Knightsbridge:
Due to the busy nature of this position we are looking for an experienced Medical Secretary to work on an on-going temporary basis in Knightsbridge. The successful candidate will have experience with copy typing, audio typing, be familiar with medical terminology, have an excellent phone manner and have experience with diary and meeting management. A background working in various departments of the NHS would also be highly regarded.
