Contract Supervisor - Permanent
We are currently recruiting for one of the UK's largest housing groups for 2x Contracts Supervisors, posts are available across the North West, East and South areas of London.
You would be required to manage the day to day activities of maintenance technicians working on a planned worked scheme. Dealing with voids and day to day general maintenance within tenanted properties.
Experience within a similar role is ESSENTIAL and you must have basic working knowledge of IT packages.
Salary range: GBP27,076 - GBP33,575 per annum, depending on experience.
