The world's largest publishing house is looking for an experienced media sales executive/ recruitment consultant to sell on their recruitment job board. This brand is really a force within its market place, and dare I say it is simply the best! They are the UK's largest and fastest growing online recruitment company, comprising 10 job boards, which between them carry over 220,000 jobs, and attract over 3 million jobseekers every month which generate 1.4 million applications.
As an online media sales executive it will be your job to sell advertising space to recruitment agencies (like us!) and clients direct, so as an online media sales executive you could directly work with companies such as GlaxoSmithKline, Coca - Cola, Fullers etc!
You will be targeted on how many calls you make per day and the revenue you bring in as a team, so while this is a target driven media sales environment it is also a relatively easy sale as without the use of this online recruitment job board my company wouldn't survive as we wouldn't have any candidates to place!
The ideal candidate for this role will have experienced media sales/ been a recruitment consultant. You will be used to a targeted and team environment and you won't be afraid to close on the phone - you will also need to have a very good understanding of the benefits of online recruitment advertising. In addition to this you must be a team player, with an ambition to be out selling to clients on a face to face level!
