Our client are a main contractor seeking a Site Co-ordinator / Tenant Liaison Administrator for an IMMEDIATE START.
This position will require the individual to be based in the office on site, spend some time out on site calling on residents and chasing their surveys then return to the office to book the surveys over the phone and do some administration.
This is a long term freelance opportunity for the right candidate who will be joining a friendly team also carrying out the same job.
The ideal applicant will be computer literate, have the ability to get on well with others and have a very good telephone manner.
