We provide design, print, web, media & marketing services for our clients. We could be designing a Brochure for an IT company one morning, then organising a Video Shoot for an airline in the afternoon.
The following day, we could be pitching a college for their Prospectus, building a great Website for a trade association, creating some corporate Invitations on behalf of a pharmaceutical company, and finding time to have a meeting with an existing client about a new Direct Mail campaign.
Needless to say we are all busy and this is why we need YOU.
We're looking for someone to support the team with helping look after existing customers with the focus of BRINGING IN even more customers.
You will not be tied to a telephone (although we do expect it to be used once or twice), and will be required to strategically gain profitable business for the company through phone, email, post and face-to-face meetings.
You will be PROFESSIONAL in your approach, have at MANY years experience in a sales-related role and be looking to make your mark in a very successful company. This is a commercial role and not just a quick way of getting into 'design'. If you are creative and want to be a graphic designer, then this is NOT the job for you.
That said, you will be working alongside the designers, project manager, commercial director, ensuring your clients' briefs are met, within time and within budget. The premise is simple; if we do a FANTASTIC job for our clients, they will use us again for their next project.
So, who are we looking for? Well, you should be:
Professional
Experienced in sales - at least 4 years. (Print sales is an advantage)
Relish a new challenge
Presentable (in appearance, outlook & communications skills)
Positive
A driver (and have your own transport)
Driven by success and reward
In return for you doing a great job in the role, we are offering a package around GBP25k basic + open-ended commission +bonuses + a slice of pizza for lunch every now and then.
