Research Account Manager
Carlton Screen Advertising, the market leaders in cinema advertising representing cinemas in the UK and the Republic of Ireland, including Odeon, and Cineworld, are looking for an experienced Research Manager.
Job Purpose: To provide pro-active day to day support of the UK and ROI Sales Team in the provision of research sources and delivery of ad-hoc client research case studies.
Based: London W1 with occasional travel to Dublin
Main Responsibilities
* Liaising with research agencies in the planning, implementation and presentation of client case studies
* Presenting at internal research update meetings
* Presenting research to clients and media agencies
* Providing research support to sales team in UK and Ireland
* Using CSA's research sources in order to provide proof of cinema advertising benefits for sales presentations
* Pro-actively recommending new ideas for research which will prove cinema's effectiveness in a variety of ways
* General research queries using Nielsen Media Research, IMS, FAME and TGI analysis etc.
Key competencies
* Minimum of 3 years media research experience
* Excellent understanding of the UK media market and its research sources
* Knowledgeable about market research and research methodologies
* Strong presentation skills
* Strong Microsoft Office skills including, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Excellent communicator
* Excellent written communication and ability to write research presentations
* Excellent analytical skills
* Proficiency with research planning tools, such as NMR, IMS, TGI, Cover & Frequency systems etc would be an advantage but not essential
* Enthusiastic, problem solver, ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
* Ability to come up with new ideas and approach all tasks in a creative way.
