We have an opportunity within our Marketing Team for an experienced marketer to take the next step in their career, working with us on all aspects of customer communications. We invite applications from smart and savvy individuals who are up for our challenge.
If you have already taken the first steps in your marketing career and now feel ready to put what you have learned into practice in a truly hands-on role, we should like to hear from you.
You will need to be a strong team person but willing and able to take ownership and accountability for major initiatives and associated budgets.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
* Understanding, planning, scheduling, implementing and measuring the impact of an innovative and wide ranging key customer communications programme
* Planning, managing and measuring our catalogues and other direct mail customer communications
* Data analysis of Direct Marketing & Email marketing channels
* Direct Marketing sales and analysis reports
* Contributing to the further development of our marketing communications strategy
* General assistance of the marketing team
Should demonstrate:
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
* Strong project management and organisational skills
* Strong negotiating skills
* Experience of analysing performance
* Ability to work autonomously and use own initiative
* Must be reliable and have excellent time management
* Must be Technology and Internet-literate
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook
* Strong team working ethics
Nice to Have:
* Eye for design and layout
Salary will be GBP20 - GBP22,000 p.a. depending on practical experience.
