We are an established, forward thinking and fast growing Lettings and Sales Estate Agency, located in the TURNPIKE LANE AREA.
Core job description:
Dealing directly with company clients (landlords) and potential tenants (customers), you will be the first point of contact, meeting and greeting new customers in a friendly and helpful manner. You will be in and out of the office during the day on viewings with prospective tenants or meeting clients at new properties. You will engage in arranging tenancies at properties including all necessary paperwork and processes, to include obtaining offers for properties, negotiating with clients and tenants to agree the tenancy, Facilitating the referencing of the applicants and the smooth running of the deal up to contract signing and move in, whilst maintaining frequent communication with all parties during the process.
About you:
* Hold a full Drivers License
* The ability to work under pressure
* Outgoing, personable, polite and capable of engaging with clients and customers.
* Possess good organizational and time management skills
* Well presented individual
* Well motivated and self starting, working to personal performance targets for new business booked.
* IT literate and having and excellent telephone manner
You will ideally be located in or near the turnpike lane or within 15 minutes commuting distance.
The Role Offers:
● Basic salary-(first four weeks commission basis)
* We offer around 4 times the average lettings negotiator commission
* Commission Package and Structured Monthly Targets
