Property Sales Consultant – NW London – OTE GBP40k+
Our client are a property management business and are looking to expand their sales force with a proven Sales Consultant. Offering a basic salary of to GBP26,000 (GBP40k OTE) + company benefits.
Working in new offices within the property acquisitions and management team (of 6 people) this role offers a variety of duties including:
- Identifying new business leads and contacts.
- Develop business relationships with new and existing clients to maximise business revenue.
- Research – by using internet, trade magazines and existing contacts.
- Assist and implement on various projects.
Full training will be provided, however you will need to have a minimum of 6 months previous experience within the UK property market with prior acquisitions experience. Other requirements include:
- Strong customer focus

- Proven sales delivery
- Team player
