Sales Account Managers
Jai Kudo Eyewear is a leading London based optical wholesaler.
We are based in Archway in North London and we currently employ around 90 staff.
We sell our products across the globe to approximately 40 countries.
We are looking for bright, enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to join our Sales Team in order to provide the highest standards of customer care to opticians located within the United Kingdom.
The ideal candidates will be computer literate, have a professional and friendly telephone manner, possess excellent communication and customer service skills and have a good eye for detail.
Flexibility, accuracy, the ability to work unsupervised and show initiative are also essential in this front line position.
You will be required to work Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.30pm.
Basic salary is GBP16,088 per year. O.T.E (on target earnings – basic plus commission) is expected to be in the region of GBP31K per annum.
As Sales Account Manager, your main duties will include:
. Managing the promotion of Jai Kudo products to new customers located in the UK
. B2B sales and promotional calling
. Maintaining existing accounts and creating new leads
. Providing excellent customer service
. Resolving service/quality and pricing issues
. Preparing reports and sending external correspondence to customers
. General office administration
