Greek Speaking Holiday Counsellor
Salary - GBP16,000 per annum (& commission)
Hours of work - Shifts 8:00-4:30pm & 9-5:30pm Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)
* To deliver high levels of customer service to both increase and retain Interval International's Greek membership base.
* To promote all company products and services by maximizing all sales opportunities.
* Deliver levels of sales and service which are consistent with quality standards.
* Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company and departmental products, policies and procedures so that member awareness is increased and the system operates effectively.
* Identify required “holiday experience” counselling on Interval International related membership benefits and exchange services.
* Offer alternatives and counsel members observing inventory restrictions and limitations when possible, but using initiative within corporate guidelines in the interests of enhancing members' satisfaction.
* Process exchange confirmations, Getaways, membership and Interval Gold sales.
* Meet and exceed individual productivity targets on call handling for confirmations and renewals.
* Handle and take ownership of each call seeing through to solution with Supervisor assistance if necessary.
* Maintain good communication with members and staff at all levels.
* Undertake any duties as may be required consistent with the post.
* Telemarketing outbound calls to be made in order to maintain and increase the membership base.
* Liaise with the Finance department to complete monthly accounts reconciliation.
* Ad-Hoc proof reading of company literature.
