Client Business Development Coordinator, Business College, C
Our client, a well know Business College based in Central London, have a permanent requirement for a Client/Business Development Coordinator to work within the Executive Education team.
This role will suit a confident, influential individual with great communication, interpersonal and customer-service skills to ensure that all current and potential clients receive the best possible customer service and follow up by:
1. Co-ordinating client meetings for Account Directors
2. Dealing with initial client/new business enquiries and passing on to appropriate Account Director
3. Support the Account Directors in their interaction with clients and provide assistance to clients when the Account Directors are unavailable
4. Providing administration support for the Account Director/Sales team
The role will involve:
* Acting as the first point of contact for all current and new client queries, ensuring that all client queries are passed on to the appropriate Associate/Account Director and followed up promptly according to 5* service standards.
* Co-ordinating Account Director diaries, setting up client meetings, ensuring most effective use of Account Directors' time.
* Meeting and greeting clients and anticipating needs
* Ensuring all travel logistics and meeting documentation is collated and prepared in advance and that all appropriate attendees are invited and available.
* Working with Marketing in organising events and mailings for CMD's clients and assisting in the hosting of these events
* Liaise with Account Directors that proposal documentation, meeting agendas etc are ready in advance of relevant deadlines and meetings.
* Screen incoming correspondence, coordinating appropriate action and resolutions.
* To provide comprehensive administrative support to the Account Directors, which includes: 1) setting up meetings - booking rooms, ordering catering, A/V needs, travel arrangements. 2) correspondence, filing, expense claims, photocopying, basic IT support.
Skills and Experience Required:
* A minimum of A-level qualification or equivalent (English desirable)
* High level of IT literacy especially with MS Office packages, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Substantial experience in a customer/client services role
* Excellent organisation and planning and time management skills
* Excellent telephone manner
* Experience of working in a team co-ordination/admin support role ideally in a corporate environment
* A high level of interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral communication).
* Able to work quickly and under pressure but with accuracy – attention to detail
* Able to work on own initiative
* Experience working in an international environment or demonstrated interest in international issues
* Excellent spelling, punctuation and layout/formatting and IT skills
* Professional and highly customer focussed
* Excellent people skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Proactive, and enjoys organising people
* Cultural awareness and ability to interface well with visitors from around the world
* Flexible yet assertive, discreet and diplomatic and able to handle confidential information appropriately
