Sales Support Administrator GBP22,000 30,000


A prominent telecoms company based in the City is currently looking for a Sales Support Administrator
Key responsibilities are as follows
Deals with team/customer issues to resolution; answers questions about companies products and/or services
Liaises with customers in the absence of the sales team
Ensures that orders passed for processing are ‘clean' and contain all the relevant information
Manages tasks agreed with Head of Wholesale UK and Director, Professional Services
Sets up and maintains filing systems for orders / contracts Produces presentations and other supporting material e.g. periodic reports on sales office activities
Acts as key user support for Oracle Sales & Marketing database Assists in the organisation of events
Involved in systems development (User Group, ‘Fit for Purpose' Assessment) for wholesale division
Essential requirements
Must have worked in a similar environment, preferably within Telecoms
Must have strong time management and prioritising skills
Excellent communication skills, as well as good administrative skills
