SALARY: GBP16,808 - GBP22,655 basic dependant on experience plus team bonus (GBP1-3k).

ROLE:
Due to the continued success of our company we now require experienced electrical/mechanical field service engineers.
The successful candidate's main business focus will be on the office and professional printing environments: multifunctional printers; photocopiers; printers; fax machines; document management hardware & software;.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Provide first line trouble shooting on the vast majority of standalone products within your portfolio.
b) Achieve a high first time fix rate and minimum recalls with the most cost effective use of labour time and parts.
c) Optimise the car-stock inventory and rotation and balance this against return to fit visits.
d) Deliver effective customer product and printer driver training using defined delivery format.
e) Carry out any other duties as directed by service management
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Good experience in installing/servicing/maintaining electrical/mechanical equipment.
b) IT skills and abilities with an understanding of connectivity.
c) Current drivers license.
DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Experience in servicing copier, printers, fax machines, MFDs etc.
b) Qualifications in IT/Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical systems.
